The hotel had a charming and cozy decoration, with traditional French touches that reminded me of the old days. The common areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like me. It was nice to relax in a comfortable atmosphere after a day of exploring.
I would have appreciated if the children working there had been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The hotel is situated in a prime location nestled in the mountains, offering easy access to the stunning waterfalls and picturesque walks. Guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the hills and mountains from their comfortable rooms, complete with ample storage space and modern bathrooms. the on-site restaurant is a hit among visitors, serving excellent regional dishes and a great selection of wines. the continental buffet breakfast is also a nice touch, providing a good start to the day.
Communication can be a bit challenging for non-French speakers due to the limited English proficiency of the staff.

What I really liked about this hotel was the beautiful traditional decoration. It reminded me of my childhood days in France. The cozy lounge area with its comfortable armchairs and the charming fireplace made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. The hallways were wide and well-lit, and there were ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.
The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be a bit more attentive and understanding. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a little preoccupied and didn't always go out of their way to assist us.

The hotel's decoration was charming and cozy, with beautiful antique furniture and floral patterns that made me feel right at home. The general areas were thoughtfully designed, with comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with wide hallways and handrails that made it easy for me to navigate around the property.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing assistance with carrying luggage or helping elderly guests with any special needs.
